Once you log in and enter the online waiting room, it notifies me so that I can click on the link when I become available... then we can begin our scheduled video call.

Just in case our schedules got mixed up, please call or text me if you are waiting more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. I will do my best to respond quickly.

Please feel free to look around and get familiar with the telemed service. Once you become familiar with the user-friendly technology, this telemed stuff is pretty cool!

Also, please note that sometimes my phone service experiences technical difficulties and I don't always receive the text or voice message until a day or two later.

Technology can be great when it works... and somewhat challenging when it doesn't. Please don't be discouraged. Its okay to leave a second message if you haven't heard back from me in a timely manner.
